1. Exotic Animal Care Specialist
Location: Avon Park, Florida
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and feeding for a variety of exotic animals
- Maintain clean and safe enclosures
- Monitor animal health and report any concerns to the veterinary team
- Assist with animal enrichment and training activities
- Educate visitors about the animals and their care
Qualifications:
- Experience working with exotic animals preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
2. Veterinary Technician
Location: Avon Park, Florida
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assist the veterinarian with medical procedures and exams
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform routine health checks and monitor animal health
- Maintain medical records and inventory of veterinary supplies
- Educate pet owners on proper health care for their exotic pets
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT) preferred
- Experience with exotic animals a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

3. Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in the store and over the phone
- Answer questions and provide information about our animals and services

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
